- Presently VAT or CST is NIL on books. However if applicable will be charged extra. If any such statutory taxes become applicable after registration of order and before dispatch of the book, it will be to customer’s account. Customers agree to pay the same extra at actual.
- The book/books ordered will be dispatched within 10-15 working days (subject to force major conditions) from the date of credit of payment in our account.
- The ordered books will be dispatched through reputed courier. In the event your house/office found closed by the delivery boy, 2nd attempt will be made in a day or two to deliver the book at your address. After 2nd attempt, the courier company will inform you over phone of the same and you have to collect the book from the premises of the courier company. If the book is not collected within next 5 days, it will be returned to us by the courier. We will redespatch the same on receipt of shipping charges that will be communicated to you subsequently.
- If the on-line payment made to us through any credit card is INR 10,000/- or more, Xerox copy of front side of the credit card along with photo ID proof of the holder is required to be sent to us by FAX or scanned copy of these documents through E-mail or self attested hard copies of these documents through courier to enable us effect dispatch of the ordered books. In the event of non-receipt of these documents by us in a reasonable time, the order will be treated as cancelled and the amount received will be credited back to the account of credit card holder.
- Care will be taken to ensure that books dispatched are not torn and defective in any manner. Despite this if the customer notices any defects, we promise to replace the book if customer returns it to us within 15 days from the date of receipt of the same. The book purchased from us directly through this site only will be replaced through the following replacement process.

Defective book along with a Xerox copy of our Invoice may be returned to us by courier at our address printed on our invoice. We will send a fresh book absolutely free within 7 (seven) working days on receipt of the defective book.”
- In the event that a book is sent to you by mistake for which you have not made payments, you should not accept the delivery of the book. In case you accept the delivery of the books for which you have not made payments, you will become liable for payment upon receipt of the book or books. By accepting the delivery, you are conveying your acceptance to send payments within 7 days of receipt of the books for the amount mentioned in the accompanying invoice. We reserve the right to initiate legal action for realization of such payments if the same is not sent by you voluntarily.
- In a case where ordered book has been delivered but payment for the same has not been received by us for any reason or has been reversed, either due to the submission of an incorrect/fraudulent credit card number online or refusal of the charge on a credit card or due to any other default in payment, you should either send the payment to us or return the book to us unopened immediately. If you do not send payment or return the book within 7 days of its receipt, we will initiate appropriate legal action for realization of the dues.
- If on- line payments are accepted on this site, it is accepted through payment gateways of Banks, and other institutions and organizations under tie-up arrangements. We neither take nor store details of any bank account or any debit card or credit card at our site. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages, or financial mishaps or on-line fraud accruing to anyone in whosoever manner as a result of misuse or fraudulent use by any unscrupulous person or entity or element of one’s bank account or debit card/credit card data/details furnished on such payment gateways while making on-line payments through this site.
